The 3. JEC Forum Dach in Salzburg, Austria has just started and Michael Effing welcomed the participants in his role as Chairman of the board of AVK and Composites Germany with a speech explaining the new format of JEC Forum Dach and highlighting the difficult economic situation, the flat growth particularly in Germany but also in China, overcapacities etc. Last but not least, the German trade association AVK is turning 100 years and thus is the oldest trrade association in reinforced plastics worldwide! Congrats and on the next 100 years!

The AACOMA project came to its end in September 2023.  A Closure Event was therefore organized on September 21 in the Park Inn Hotel at Liège Airport. Please read the entire information here.

Dr. Michael Effing (AMAC) and Dr. Christoph Greb (ITA) are currently exhibiting at China Composites in Shanghai, together with AMAC´s partner Full-Case (B67, hall 5). We gave presentations at the Show with focus on innovation and sustainability, visited and met various mostly Chinese local raw material material producers, including glass and carbon fiber manufacturers and gave interviews to the Chinese television. Over 20 000 visitors are getting together at this important Composite trade show this year. Join us there!
