We just wrapped up a fantastic team day for the partners of the CYPRESS project, centered around the theme "Onboarding in Circular Economy." It was an inspiring kickoff facilited by werecircle (www.werecircle.be) and held at the inpiring location (Mégarnie https://megarnie.be/) near Liège where we explored the fundamentals of circular thinking, with workshops and hands-on activities guiding us through the circular transition and innovation ecosystems.

Key highlights included: Introduction to Circular Thinking: Understanding how circular strategies create value and drive sustainability, Risk & Race Workshop: A dynamic business game where we navigated circular strategies in a business context, Ecosystem Pie Model: Mapping relationships between stakeholders to enhance innovation and collaboration. 

About CYPRESS: CYPRESS is an Interreg Meuse-Rhine project, which stands for ‘Circular Production for Electric Vehicles’. The project’s objective is to promote the transition to a circular economy by ensuring efficient resource use and eco design strategies across the total value chain.
